His professional practice includes conducting legal and administrative proceedings and corporate support of companies.
He has significant experience in legal counseling provided to developers and entities engaged in construction investments, both residential and commercial. He advises on the acquisition of real estates, during the process of construction works contract negotiations and design work contracts. Moreover, he conducts proceedings connected with restitution of property rights.
He gained experience in disputes regarding construction and operation of transport grids and public roads, as well as in disputes regarding construction of transport grids and high voltage substations. He conducted proceedings for recovery of damages for real estate taken over by public entities for the construction of roads and other infrastructure investments.
